Refund Policy

Premium is sold by our reseller Paddle.com, the Merchant of Record for all our orders. This policy explains when you can get your money back.

1. 14-day refund

If you are not happy with Premium, you can ask for a full refund within 14 days of any payment, the first one or a renewal, without giving a reason. After a refund the subscription is cancelled and the server goes back to the Free plan; its settings are kept.

2. How to ask for a refund

Email us at support@ranky.bot with the email address you paid with and your server's name. We process the refund through Paddle; it goes back to the original payment method, usually within 5-10 business days depending on your bank.

3. Cancelling

You can cancel at any time in the dashboard: Payments → Manage subscription. Premium stays active until the end of the period you paid for and is not renewed. Your statutory rights as a consumer are not affected by this policy. See also our Terms of Service.
